BC Conservatory Training Company ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates training programs that are subject to the terms outlined below. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Transfer and Refund Policies Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Transfers and refunds are available under the following conditions:

Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made at least 10 business days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 10 business days are non-refundable. Transfer to Another Course: Participants can request a transfer to another course up to 7 business days before the course start date. Transfers are subject to a $50 fee and course availability. Note: Transfer requests must be made in writing and are only valid upon written confirmation from us.

Substitutions Participants may substitute a colleague in their place at no extra cost, provided the substitution is made at least 3 business days before the course start date.

Bullet point 1: Substitution requests must be submitted in writing. Bullet point 2: The substitute must meet the course requirements. Substitution Limit: Only one substitution per original registration is allowed.

Transfer Conditions Transfers are subject to the following limitations:

Participants may transfer a maximum of one time per original course registration. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 business days before the original course date. Bullet point 3: If a participant transfers to a course with a higher fee, they must pay the difference. No refund is issued for transferring to a lower-cost course. Payment Terms All payments must be received before the course start date unless an account has been previously set up. Payment can be made through the following methods:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) PayPal Invoice (for corporate clients with pre-approved accounts) Note: If payment is not received by the start of the course, your registration may be cancelled.
